Type A: Reseller Basic
- Reseller receive all FileInn Software free of charge INTEGRATED ISSUE - full operational for his own use and demonstrate to customers
- Reseller have to buy in advance 2 bundles SuperCONTACT + StorageSHOW 2 X (800 + 200) = 2000 - 50% SPECIAL OFFER = 1000 - 50% RESELLER DISCOUNT = 500 total to be paid. The 2 bundles ready products to sell
- Reseller granted a 50% commission for each sale for all ready-product items - 20% for all custom changes
- Reseller continue to receive a.m. commissions for an already customer even if he have no more contacts with this customer
- Reseller can resell all FileInn products by splitting his commission with his reseller - In case his reseller became a FileInn Reseller he continue to collect 20% commission
- Reseller can change the name of the program (operation can be executed only by FileInn) by his brand; remaining the name of the manufacturer: FileInn; example: A Reseller can sell the "StorageInn 5 by Fileinn" as "AccountSoft by FileInn"
Type B: Reseller Unlimited
- Reseller Unlimited must have at least one contract for one program for unlimited copies - It is a lumpsum price to be paid to FileInn for one program which can sell for ever (commission 100%); The price for unlimited copies licence is 7 times the retail price without any property at the source code (programming language) example SuperCONTACT + StorageSHOW with special offer bundle costs 500 ( x 7 = 3500 total to be paid to sell and receive all sales-money)

- Unlimited Copies Licence include support & upgrades for ever completely free
- Reseller Unlimited granted a 60% commission for each sale for all other ready-product items which have no unlimited copies licence - 20% for all custom changes
- Reseller Unlimited continue to receive a.m. commissions for an already customer for the other products even if he have no more contacts with this customer
- Reseller Unlimited can change the name of the program & the name of the manufacturer (operation can be executed only by FileInn) by his brands example: A Reseller can sell the "StorageInn 5 by Fileinn" as "RetailMax by SoftMax"

anti-piracy policy
FileInn never runs after piracy or any unauthorized use of its products - If any support needed customer will pay in advance the enterprise edition and no commission can be granded to any reseller - Resellers who deals with unlimited copies will be better to register their clients to FileInn - Consultants and Accountants are obliged to have a dedicated registered legal copy for each customer
